Senior Recrords and Information Management Officer - EL 1

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Digital Workplace and Data Services team providing critical advice and expertise in relation to the management of eSafety's records and information assets.

You will engage and collaborate with staff in the broader Technology team and provide services and support across all of eSafety.

Your responsibilities will involve developing and implementing policies, frameworks and processes for the creation, management and use of information assets to meet the legal, regulatory, risk and operational requirements of eSafety.

You will lead the implementation of improved records and information management practices and processes to transform how eSafety staff engage with and manage information assets. This will involve engaging with key business areas to understand their records and information management needs and work with them to deploy consistent, best practice solutions.

The ability to find information, share knowledge and collaborate digitally are key capabilities for our workforce. You will provide expert advice on records and information management and lead the development of eSafety's Information Management Strategy and supporting frameworks and policies.

You will also play a key role in the training and implementation of these policies. You will own and optimise eSafety's record management solutions, manage sentencing and destruction projects and support FOI and other information management activities.
