You will join a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals, including medical practitioners, nurses, and specialists, to deliver integrated patient-centred healthcare in a corrections environment.
Your work will involve educating custodial patients on healthy living and lifestyle choices. You will assist with reintegration into the community, ensuring continuity of care. This role addresses the diverse needs of a custodial patient population, including men, women, and culturally and linguistically diverse individuals.
