Your Role

We’re looking for a Claims Specialists – CTP to join our high-energy team based out of Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).

As part of the Liability and Disputes, Common Law Team, you’ll play a key role in analysing legislation and case information to develop effective claims strategies.
Your focus will be on resolving complex CTP claims with professionalism and care, supporting both our customers and injured individuals through their recovery journey.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure timely and clear communication while managing claims efficiently and empathetically.
Your responsibilities will include investigating motor vehicle accident circumstances and navigating legal and procedural requirements to deliver fair outcomes within required timeframes and financial expectations

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in claims is desirable
  • Allied health background is desirable
  • Experience in dealing with customers, problem solve and diffusing conflict
  • Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting tasks effectively
  • Computer skills, including an ability to troubleshoot
