Technical Director – Landscape (Relocation to Dubai Required)

WSP in the Middle East is looking for a dynamic Head of Landscape-Technical Director to join us in Dubai, UAE.

In this key role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and business development for the Technical Landscape Service Line, with full P&L accountability—driving growth across the Middle East by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and increasing revenue and market share through proactive engagement with both existing and new clients.

  Provide strategic leadership for the technical landscape service line, including full P&L accountability, while actively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities across the Middle East market to drive growth and enhance the service offerin
• g.Work from both existing and new clients focused on building revenue and gaining market shar
• e.Formulate and execute innovative landscape strategies that prioritize sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, while developing tailored solutions for local and international clients across diverse sectors to enhance outdoor environment
• s.Prepare proposals and design presentations, taking the lead in client meetings to showcase landscape solution
• s.Develop and implement strategies to grow the landscape discipline portfolio across diverse sector
• s.Oversee the conceptualization, design, and implementation of landscape projects, providing technical oversight to ensure they meet both functional and aesthetic requirements while aligning with client need

  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field. Master’s degree prefer
