We are searching for a customer centric, motivated Logistics and Warehouse Assistant to join our busy team based in Alexandria. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients in the fast growing and demanding logistics department. If you are a team player, have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a busy environment then this could be your opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Test devices to make sure they are in working condition
• Prepare and pack devices according to the packing list for installation
• Delivering devices for installation, trainings and demos as required
• Ensure the warehouse is organised and tidy
• Assist in Conference/event bump in and bump out
• Assist stocktake as needed
• Assistance with industry event bump in/out and associated logistics - DRIVERS LICENCE and ability to drive a van is essential
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Strong coordination and communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively
• Inventory Management experience preferred
• An understanding of the waste management or environmental services industry is advantageous but not essential.
• experience in Office 365 or similar software tools.
• A quality to work under pressure, multitask and love problem solving
• A team player mindset
