Join our team as a Credit Risk Hindsight Manager - Problem Loan Management. In this role, you will provide independent assurance over credit decisions within our Collections and Finance Assistance (C&FA) and Asset Management Group (AMG). Your key responsibilities will include conducting hindsight reviews on credit decisions to ensure compliance with policies and Delegated Approval Authority (DAA) requirements. You will assess the quality of credit decisions, provide constructive feedback, and prepare summary reports for senior management. This role is crucial in identifying potential areas for improvement and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reviews, adhering to our Hindsight framework.
About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong background in credit assessment, credit hindsight, or problem loan management within banking or other financial institutions. You should have a sound knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements applicable to bank debt recovery and financial hardship processes. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate clearly and unambiguously, both in writing and verbally. Proficiency in report writing and a high level of attention to detail are essential for this role.
