The Opportunity

Transgrid is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our enablement team. The role will report into our Finance Business Partner and you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, accurate, and timely financial reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making and enhance financial performance. This role will enable the business to effectively manage costs, achieve forecasted targets, and contribute to its overall success.

The role interacts with leadership teams across the corporate business function, the Finance leadership team, and works closely with peers and stakeholders across Transgrid.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess some or all of the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Commerce or related Field.
  • CA/CPA with 5+ years of experience.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft excel, Power Point and Oracle Fusion knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Experience in Infrastructure or in industries with a capital intensive focus.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving business processes.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, make recommendations and meet deadlines .
