We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our client's Extreme Automation team. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex automation software projects that improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enable cutting-edge innovation across telecom and networking domains.

You'll collaborate closely with customers, internal product and development teams, offshore delivery partners, and other global stakeholders to drive outcomes that turn the impossible into the possible.






Key Requirements



· Lead software development programs/projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and delivery

· Own project quality - define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement

· Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers (incl. offshore), and customers as the key point of contact

· Manage project timelines, scope, and risks while balancing resources and priorities

· Drive release planning and execution, ensuring smooth and timely rollouts

· Proactively handle escalations, identifying root causes and leading recovery actions

· Promote an agile way of working, ensuring team collaboration and shared ownership of success

· Use tools like Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence to track progress and facilitate communication
