Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Group Finance Manager will oversee core corporate accounting functions and lead a dedicated team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance, managing audits, and supporting strategic decision-making across the group.

You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance, managing audits, and supporting strategic decision-making across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close, financial statements, and statutory reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting (BS & cash flow), and compliance
- Prepare and review technical accounting areas (e.g. impairment)
- Manage a high-performing team of 2 direct reports
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams across ANZ
- CA/CPA qualified
- FMCG or complex environments preferred
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a finance team
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication abilities
- Adept in Excel and modern finance systems
- Comfortable balancing compliance with strategic finance input
