This is an 8-month fixed term contract commencing late July.

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role that will see you act as a trusted right-hand person—providing strategic and operational support while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate board and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
  • Coordinate international visitor management, ensuring guests and executives are hosted professionally
  • Support and manage internal events, team offsites, and executive functions
  • Assist with strategic initiatives and project coordination
  • Support the broader Executive Team where needed

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-Suite or Executive-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with initiative, discretion, and confidentiality
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Previous experience in a retail or fast-paced industry environment is highly desirable
  • Experience coordinating events and managing internal visitors is advantageous
