As a Operations Manager, here is a snapshot of your day:
- Lead a team of direct reports across facilities, reception and events
- Ensure service consistency and quality through continual process improvement
- Oversee all building systems and maintenance activities with external contractors and technicians
- Lead minor project coordination (e.g. churn, small fit outs), space resets, furniture and cable management and supply inventory.
- Act as primary escalation point for emergency and operational issues.
- Oversee premium front of house and guest experience services
- Provide oversight of all corporate events, coordinating with events manager to ensure flawless execution
- Manage operational budgets, billing, and reporting in line with CBRE
- Identify costs savings opportunities whilst maintaining high services standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in front of house, workplace services, facilities management or hospitality.
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and highly professional
- Experience in high level corporate environment is highly regarded
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
