Where this role fits in
You’ll be joining our People & Performance Solutions team—a team focused on enabling our people to thrive by supporting critical HR processes and building capability onshore. You’ll work closely with shared services and the broader business to make people processes smooth, compliant, and impactful.
About the role
This newly created role is perfect for someone early in their career, ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You’ll deliver generalist HR support and play a key role in lifting Domain’s capability across onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day people operations.
What you’ll be doing
Support the delivery of HR lifecycle activities, including onboarding and employee changes
Partner with stakeholders to resolve HR queries and provide guidance
Assist with visa compliance and local employment requirements
Collaborate with payroll and systems teams to streamline people processes
Suggest improvements to documentation and process flows
Contribute to a positive employee experience through reliable support
