Solution Architect – ICT

Are you a seasoned Solution Architect with expertise in on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments? We’re seeking a high-calibre professional to support architectural reviews, transformation initiatives, and technical direction-setting across a major ICT portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect, you will

• Perform solution architecture reviews and provide recommendations for enhancements across a suite of business-critical systems
• Advise on the reduction of technical debt and support transitions across private/public cloud platforms
• Assess and recommend pathways for cloud transitions
• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for future technology directions
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver specific initiatives aligned with enterprise goals

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of recent experience in solution architecture across a large, complex, and integrated environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft technology stacks and cloud (Azure preferred), hybrid, and on-prem solution
• Proven ability to design and implement logical and physical architectures aligned with organisational performance and scalability goals
• Track record in delivering concurrent initiatives and producing reusable architectural roadmaps and patterns
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills

Desirable Attributes

• Familiarity with TOGAF, ITIL, and modern development/release frameworks
• Demonstrated knowledge of architectural standards at corporate, national, and international levels
• Ability to lead architecture for complex systems while aligning with both business and technical teams
• Strong understanding of current and emerging trends in architecture and systems integration
