Now, we're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who is passionate about technology, solutions-driven, and ready to drive growth across our Data & AI consulting services.

Your Mission

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of our growth. Your role is to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and craft strategic deals that bring value to both our clients and our consulting team.

What You'll Do

  • Drive net-new business by identifying and targeting enterprise and mid-market clients across sectors.
  • Sell end-to-end professional services in the Data & AI space: Data Strategy, Engineering, Cloud Modernization, Analytics, ML/AI, and more.
  • Develop account plans, manage the sales cycle, and close deals that align with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, delivery teams, and leadership to shape proposals and solution offerings.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and networking forums.
  • Use CRM and reporting tools to manage pipeline and forecasting with precision.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years selling professional or consulting services in tech, data, cloud, or AI domains.
  • Deep understanding of data & AI trends, technologies, and enterprise challenges (even if you're not hands-on).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling into sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, or Government.
  • Background working within or selling services related to Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar ecosystems.
  • Existing network of contacts in the Data/AI or Digital Transformation space.
