As a Data Analyst, You Will Have
- Technical expertise in Power BI and building datasets to support self-service visualisation tools
- Experience in insights and interest in building your career into Data Science
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills and experience working with a range of technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational and time management skills.
- Technical expertise in analytic tools such as SQL, DBT or Python to extract meaning from complex data sources.
- Experience working in the Marketing, domain (or for very strong candidates we would consider the Product or Call Centre domains)
- Previous work experience with the Databricks platform (desirable).
- Experience in code mgmt. tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins and GitHub (highly desirable) .
- Experience in financial products or insurance sectors (desirable).
- Experience with Digital data (desirable).
- Practical experience of data preparation, transformation and modelling techniques including Data Vault and Kimball/Inmon
- Previous insights experience at a Consultancy, Data Vendor or Agency
- Hybrid working model - with 3 days in our central Sydney CBD office located above Wynyard station.
