We are looking for a dynamic BDM to join a large diverse building company, selling investment homes through marketing channels.

This will suit a BDM who is currently selling investment H & L and has existing channel relationships. This role is based out of the office in Loganholme, but most of the time you will be on the road, in meetings.

Reporting to the Investment Sales Manager, this is an autonomous role. There is land available through P&C, however you can also package through your own land contacts.

Ideally, you will have

  • A proven track record in sales of residential projects through the investor channel
  • Existing relationships with marketing groups and developers
  • A great understanding of the sales process, in relation to housing
  • Contract Management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Strong personal presentation and communication skills
  • Time management and the ability to use social media to your advantage
  • Excellent Customer service skills


The base is $80-100K +super + expenses. Plus commission with the OTE $250K plus for top performers.
