BRISBANE NORTHSIDE – Marketing Co Ordinator & Graphic Designer
Burpengary Community Club is located in the largest and fastest growing council area in Queensland (MBRC). The Club’s focus is to support the immediate area with a Club facility, along with the ongoing support to the community. The Marketing Co Ordinator & Graphic Designer will, in liaison with the General Manager, oversee all the marketing aspects of the Club and market and increase our Club membership.

Specific Responsibilities Include –
We are offering from a Permanent Part Time Position of 30 hours per week to a Full Time Position of 38 hours per week. This will be discussed with short listed candidates.
This position does not provide remote work or work from home hours.
Must be available days, nights, weekends, and public holidays if required for special events.

Key Components
- Support and implement strategies, products and promotions to increase membership and visitation to the Club
- Crafting and supervising marketing strategies, campaigns, community recognition, and brand projects
- Handling digital platforms, such as website maintenance, email marketing, and social media schedules
- Producing and distributing marketing materials and communications
- Assisting with internal marketing efforts, events, and collaborations
Marketing Co Ordinator & Graphic Designer will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for
- Assisting in the development and implementation of the Club’s marketing strategy
- Ensuring all marketing efforts align with agreed marketing strategy and goals
- Creation of marketing and campaign assets
- Maintaining the Club’s website and App including graphics and video
- Implementing of social media content and ongoing platform moderation
- Preparing and scheduling of external and internal EDMs
- Preparing marketing activity reports for measuring campaign and activity performance
- Other duties as assigned including packaging design and marketing collateral for the Club’s Brewery

- Advertising (website, radio, TV, print and online etc)
- Events, Entertainment and Promotions
- Product development
- Lead, motivate and manage the marketing activities within the Club
- Assess customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, evaluate and report customer satisfaction
- High degree of creativity in developing compelling marketing strategies
- Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo Shop and Social Media applications
- Excellent organisational skills, and ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines.
- Highly developed team management skills and commitment to team goals
- Experience in developing and delivering marketing plans and maintaining budget requirements
- Ability to analyse and report results and performances
- Experience in developing effective marketing collation across TV, radio, print and electronic media
- Excellent communication skills
