About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our operations team in a role that is central to supporting the growth and success of our national broker network. The primary responsibility of this role is to own our onboarding processes for new brokers and franchisees, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging experience while also contributing to broader initiatives and processes across the business.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on creating structured, repeatable processes and enjoys working closely with people to ensure they feel confident, informed, and supported from day one. You’ll be organised and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to manage multiple moving parts while keeping stakeholders aligned. A strong sense of accountability, a solutions-focused mindset, and an eye for continuous improvement will see you succeed in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Be the custodian of multiple processes for new franchisees and their teams including onboarding, lender accreditations, agreement renewals and offboarding
  • Work with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and provide a positive experience
  • Communicate frequently to key stakeholders to keep them informed on progress
  • Support the operations team with rolling out key strategic projects and ad hoc admin duties

To be successful in this role, the following experience is essential:

  • Experience working in financial services, especially mortgage broking or lending, will be looked on favourably
  • Experience working for a franchisor or in a franchise business
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
