We are currently accepting Expressions of Interest for experienced Clinical and Education Managers for Sydney
The duties of these roles vary depending on the position, needs of the homes and the mix of our residents and teams. - Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA is essential.
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, delivering training.
- Ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships.
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable.
