What You'll Be Doing
- Provide in-theatre support during joint replacement surgeries, assisting surgeons and theatre staff.
- Train and educate healthcare professionals on the clinical application of orthopaedic products.
- Prepare and manage surgical kits and instrumentation for each procedure.
- ???????Build and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital teams.
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to support product adoption and clinical excellence.
- ???????Attend training courses, surgical workshops, and trade events to stay at the forefront of orthopaedic innovation.
- Previous experience in operating theatres (radiography, perioperative nursing, allied health, etc.)
- Strong interest in anatomy and surgical technology
- Confident communicator with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Highly organised, reliable, and customer-focused
- Based in Perth, with flexibility for occasional hospital travel
- Work alongside leading orthopaedic surgeons on cutting-edge procedures
