What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide in-theatre support during joint replacement surgeries, assisting surgeons and theatre staff.
  • Train and educate healthcare professionals on the clinical application of orthopaedic products.
  • Prepare and manage surgical kits and instrumentation for each procedure.
  • ???????Build and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to support product adoption and clinical excellence.
  • ???????Attend training courses, surgical workshops, and trade events to stay at the forefront of orthopaedic innovation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in operating theatres (radiography, perioperative nursing, allied health, etc.)
  • Strong interest in anatomy and surgical technology
  • Confident communicator with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Highly organised, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Based in Perth, with flexibility for occasional hospital travel
