Exciting opportunities await within our Electrical Engineering team, working across the food & beverage, minerals & metals, forestry, energy & manufacturing, water, power, and defence sectors. You'll be part of a talented group delivering innovative electrical and digital solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance in complex industrial environments.
The Opportunity
Our Industrial group of professional services and consulting specialists is committed to delivering innovation, sustainability, solution excellence, and successful project outcomes for our clients globally.
This is your chance to contribute to critical projects across water and wastewater infrastructure (e.g., pump stations and treatment plants), manufacturing facilities, or energy systems—depending on your area of expertise. You’ll have the opportunity to develop innovative power, control, and instrumentation solutions while ensuring the reliability and efficiency of essential systems.
You will also:-
You will have a qualification in Automation and Control Engineering and a track record in implementing automation solutions for planning, scheduling and dispatching. Including working on integrating different MES systems for solution design and deployment.
Your experience will have seen you interacting with customers, company sales, service representatives and handling specialised or of the shelf requirements during the product implementation phase.

You will also:-
- Manage the delivery of digital products, solutions, and projects, leading the engagement with clients and coordinating our delivery teams to achieve projects objectives
- Apply a broad understanding of digital technology to design and analyse a wide range of innovative and practical solutions to a wide variety of technical problem statements
- Use internal and external relationships to identify project opportunities that contribute to the growth of the pipeline
- Lead the production of proposals for digital clients, managing a wide range of inputs, to support winning work
- Provide quality service to clients dealing with client enquiries or issues appropriately and escalating where necessary
- Understand risk on all jobs through implementation of sound audit, business and financial management and understand impact of work practices on the financial outcome of projects
- Work to achieve team goals through personal effort with regular attendance and effective contribution to team and project meetings. Contribute to the objectives of the team through both input into and leadership of initiatives
- Network in the industry and actively participate with industry and professional bodies
- Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skill
