Position Summary:

As the Program Manager (Global Talent Management) you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing groundbreaking global talent management programs that will empower our employees to reach their full potential while enabling flawless execution of organizational strategies and goals. Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Innovate and Inspire: Develop and implement cutting-edge integrated talent management programs including performance, talent, succession, leadership development, and organization design, that provide key foundation for ensuring Organizational Effectiveness, strategic execution, and for enabling delightful employee experiences. Use Design Thinking to harness the power of Human Experience and create transformative talent solutions. Use Agile methodologies to enhance the responsiveness of the talent management efforts.
  • Deliver Results: Manage and lead multiple high-impact projects, ensuring they align with our strategic vision and deliver value-add experiences and intended results.
  • Execute with Excellence: Ensure flawless operational execution of talent management programs with thoughtfully created plans, eye on opportunities and risks, as well as meaningful stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive Change, Engage and Communicate: Drive change thoughtfully and with empathy ensuring seamless transitions and widespread adoption of new processes. Ensure to develop change management plans for all new strategic talent management programs considering team and organizational culture. Facilitate dynamic workshops and training sessions, and ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence in all interactions, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.
  • Leverage AI and Data: Utilize AI and data analytics as key tools to make informed talent management decisions and drive strategic initiatives and maximize efficiencies in the processes.
  • Partnerships and Global Mindset: Closely partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement talent strategies that reflect the diverse needs and experiences of our global workforce.
  • Pax8 Culture Champion: Act as an ambassador for Pax8's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Lead talent initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and well-being, ensuring that our culture remains vibrant and aligned with our mission and values. Embed cultural principles into talent programs fostering a sense of community and belonging among all employees.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Organisational Development.
  • Program Management: Expertise in managing large-scale talent programs.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Operational Execution: Strong focus on executing plans efficiently and effectively.
  • AI Competency: Proficiency in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent management processes and decision-making.
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to understand and address complex interdependencies within the organization.
  • Design Thinking: Creativity in designing innovative talent solutions.
  • Change Management: Capability to lead and manage change initiatives effectively.
  • Facilitation and Communication: Excellent skills in facilitating discussions and communicating with diverse audiences.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing data to inform talent strategies.
  • Agile Approach: Ability to apply agile methodologies to talent management.
  • Learning Agility: Willingness and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Global Mindset: Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultural perspectives.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High levels of self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Coaching: Utilize coaching to empower leaders and teams, facilitate growth, enhance performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
