Excited about joining a dynamic, forward-thinking team at the forefront of modular design and sustainable construction? Modscape is on the lookout for a Contract Administrator (Entry Level) to join our team on the Gold Coast.

Reporting to the Project Manager and General Manager, you’ll work across a varied project portfolio—all delivered through Modscape’s modular innovation and advanced manufacturing line. You’ll manage subcontractor tenders and proposals, track claims and cash flow, and act as a key interface between Modscape, its suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. You’ll also help identify and manage contractual risks to keep projects running smoothly, efficiently, and commercially sound.

Modscape was formed by a team passionate about design, innovation, and sustainability. We design and build beautiful modular homes and diverse commercial projects across industries from healthcare and education to hospitality and transport. Our Queensland office is located in Helensvale.

About the role

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting early project setup by helping define scopes, financial systems, and key program milestones
• Managing project communication and contract obligations—keeping things moving between Modscape, sub-contractors, consultants, and clients
• Preparing and tracking claims, payments, and forecasts to support strong financial performance across the project
• Assisting with monthly reports and liaising across commercial, operational and finance teams to keep the numbers clear
• Identifying risks and ensuring sub-contractors are meeting contract obligations—while always looking for smart, cost-effective outcomes
• Following Modscape’s Environmental, Health and Safety procedures to maintain high standards on every project

• You’re systems-savvy, with experience working client-side or with a builder
• Confident navigating head contracts, procurement pathways, and project admin from end to end
• You get a quiet satisfaction from a spreadsheet that runs as smoothly as the site it supports
• Detail-focused, deadline-driven, and across the numbers—without losing sight of the bigger picture
