We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, exceeding targets, and bringing energy to our Penrith team!

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Bravoauto, you will serve as one of our main customer contact points throughout their journey. This is a rewarding role with plenty of room for growth.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in a sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in a retail environment with face-to-face and online customer service.
• Ability to maintain high standards, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and displaying professionalism and integrity.
• Skill in building rapport and strong relationships with customers, as you will be executing test drives, delivery, handover, and post-purchase check-ins.
• A valid driver's license.
