ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and fast learning person join our Administration Team. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. The successful candidate will be located at our Tamworth branch, 2340. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicate with customers and buyers face to face, via phone and/or email to provide information and advice on a daily basis, with a high level of customer service
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, create purchase orders, ensuring that employee and driver inductions are successfully completed, and ordering office supplies
- Complete administrative duties associated with the auction process and branch operations, with a high level of accuracy, meeting agreed timeframes. This includes setting up for auctions, uploading sales sheets, conducting post sale checks and reports.
- Monitor the unchecked-out stock for both the Tamworth Branch and other locations, while also managing notice of disposals for all NSW registered vehicles.
- Assist internal departments in achieving their objectives and fulfilling their responsibilities.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a high-volume reception or customer service position
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
