Senior Consultant - Financials (AMS Enhance)

In response to our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our AMS Enhance Team focusing on our Financials product. The Enhance team within AMS (Application Managed Services) specialises in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful implementations, and driving business value and continuous improvement for our existing AMS clients.

TechnologyOne's Financials (FIN) product is a game changer for businesses, giving them a simple finance solution with the agility to adapt, provide powerful real-time insights, and support their business plan for success.




What you'll be doing…

As a Senior Consultant you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products. Your duties will include:

• Responsible for concurrently contributing to multiple complex project implementations by providing expert domain and TechnologyOne product and solutions knowledge throughout the project lifecycle including design, configuration, training, testing and support through to customer 'go live'.
• Inspiring and driving a collaborative consulting team culture, focusing on professional development, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure all projects are managed through our chosen tools, processes and methodology in line with the contract/program particulars.
• Establish and maintain engagement as a trusted advisor for all customers and internal stakeholders as required, proactively raising and managing risks through our standard processes.
• Engage with the broader Application Management Services (AMS) team, teams to ensure continual evolution of our offering, processes, systems and tools.

Your Talents…

• Expert understanding of TechnologyOne's Financials product
• High level knowledge of operational processes and product implementation and transformation activities.
• A background with ERP systems, or other complex software products (SaaS ideally)
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver customer outcomes efficiently.
• Experience in consulting and senior-level customer engagement, building strong relationships and leveraging your consultative mindset.
• Customer centric, you're a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experience at all times.
• A passion to develop people around you and lead from the front.
