The opportunity:
Here at Terry White Chemmart (TWCM) we are seeking a technically talented Retail Concept Planner with a good knowledge of retail store planning, fitout and documentation standards to join our Store Development team based in Melbourne.
In this role you will work closely with Project Managers, Onboarding Managers and Operations teams hence your strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team will be critical to success. You will also be a proactive, self-motivated individual who is adaptable to a fast-paced workplace.
Occasional interstate travel and overtime as well as ad hoc visits to our network partners will be required.
What you will do:
- Work on concepts, plans and specifications using TWCM agreed brand standards and guidelines;
- Ensure third party providers are able to complete detailed documentation that can be successfully tendered and constructed from;
- Continue to innovate and maximise retail performance whilst driving down project delivery costs;
- Minimise exposure and risk to TWCM and our clients on all projects;
- Effectively communicate to all TWCM departments.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the retail design / documentation field;
- Fluent with REVIT and AutoCAD;
- A good knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel;
- Tertiary Qualifications in either Industrial / Interior Design or Architectural Drafting Diploma highly regarded;Expe
- rience in retail pharmacy highly regarded.
