What the role looks like
Join a collaborative and purpose-driven team where your administrative expertise supports members during life’s most important moments.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Insurance & Claims, you will:
- Provide accurate, efficient, and compassionate administrative support across end-to-end insurance and claims processes
- Coordinate and manage documentation for Death, TPD, and Income Protection claims
- Support members, beneficiaries, and other claimants by preparing and responding to enquiries in a timely and informed manner
- Ensure records are complete and maintained in line with compliance and service standards
- Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders and insurers to support smooth claim processing and member outcomes
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking detail-oriented individuals who bring care, initiative, and professionalism to everything they do. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Previous experience in the superannuation industry
- Sound knowledge of insurance, particularly Death, TPD, and Income Protection claims
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- A proactive and collaborative working style
- Experience communicating with insurers and interpreting policy details
- Ability to apply eligibility rules and business processes confidently
- Composure and professionalism when managing sensitive or complex matters
- Relevant industry or tertiary qualifications
- A commitment to learning and delivering meaningful work
