As a result of continual growth, we are currently seeking a customer focused and experienced Warranty Site Manager to join our Metro Melbourne region Homecare team.
This role will predominantly be in the West build corridor-based dealing with homes located in the western suburbs but there maybe some work required in the East and South East for the team.
Reporting to the Service and Warranty Group Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Reporting to the Service and Warranty Group Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that all customers receive prompt responses and follow up to all matters raised and ensure that commitments given are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure on-site works are undertaken to both Metricon and current industry standards
- Attend required department office day, as well as playing an active part of team development
- Progress efficiently through both the diagnostic and action stages of each allocated home; and
- Up to date recording were required with all reports.

- A trade background in the construction industry is required
- Experience in a customer service/contact role is required
- Experience in the building industry (preferable in the volume new home environment)
- Cert IV in Building is highly regarded
- The ability to manage self and others in a time critical environment is of utmost importance
- Working knowledge of Australian Building Codes, standards and regulations; and
- A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!!
