As the Senior Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging Manager, you will support the development and embedding of the firm's Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging (IDB) strategy across the global network, with a delivery focus on the APAC region.

As the Senior Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging Manager, you will support the development and embedding of the firm's Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging (IDB) strategy across the global network, with a delivery focus on the APAC region.
Reporting to the Global Head of IDB based in London, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a number of the firm's established IDB programmes, for example, the firm's IDB career impact programmes.
- Contributing to the development of new programmes required to deliver against our IDB action plan.
- Supporting senior stakeholders, including the CEO and CPO, with key IDB issues in the APAC region, with the support of the Global Head of IDB
- Supporting the IDB Manager APAC with the management of networks and leadership
- Assisting with drafting for articles and internal updates.
- Building and enhancing the firm's organisational capacity on IDB through the delivery of high impact and scalable training programs
- Working with the People & Culture team to improve the completeness of diversity demographic data to help drive data driven approaches and decision making.
We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Demonstrated experience leading Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging outcomes through a senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion role, ideally within a global organisation.
- Exceptional organisational skills: able to prioritise effectively during pressurised situations, and adjust to changing priorities, deadlines or issues as they arise.
- Confident and approachable, including being able to negotiate or influence senior stakeholders
- Strong client service: able to use wide networks or industry knowledge and experience to improve processes or plan requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, able to speak and write with clarity and professionalism.
