About the Role: As Asset Protection Team Leader, you’ll take the lead across WA, SA and NT—supporting stores, supply chain sites, and a direct report in SA & WA. This field-based role blends hands-on leadership with strategic influence, offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact.


What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Investigate with Purpose – Lead investigations into policy breaches and asset loss, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution.
  • Strengthen Defences – Plan and execute second-line control assessments in security, inventory, and stocktake.
  • Drive Awareness & Training – Lead impactful training programs to boost knowledge and compliance across the network.
  • Collaborate for Impact – Partner with store and supply chain teams to enhance security and reduce risk.
  • Inspire & Empower – Coach and support your SA based team member, focusing on development and wellbeing.
  • Enhance Security Tools – Maintain and improve security systems, ensuring effectiveness across the network.
  • Be Where It Matters – Regular travel across the network is essential to deliver hands-on support, with a company vehicle provided for business use.


What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Retail & Loss Prevention Know-How – Solid experience in retail operations, security, and asset protection.
  • Proven Leadership – Ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Industry Insight – Experience in asset protection, audit, or security is highly valued.
  • Exceptional Communicator – Clear, confident communicator across all levels of the business.
  • Influential Stakeholder Engagement – Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
