Position Summary:
The Partner Enablement Specialist (Partner Education) helps execute the Academy Team objectives of providing opportunities for increased Partner engagement, enablement, and education. They develop course content and lead partner focused on Instructor Led Training and facilitate Peer Groups. This role works closely with the rest of the Pax8 Academy through a variety of interactions and executes on Academy Initiatives, and covers the APAC region.
This role can be based anywhere in Australia, with a preference in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Essential Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expert for selected Instructor Led Courses
- Prepares content including slide decks, speaker’s notes, workbooks, homework assignments, and additional resources to be incorporated into courses.
- Present course content (virtually) live to cohorts of partners of partners, encourage discussion, and answer questions.
- Collect partner feedback on courses to identify and recommend new content, update and improve courses, and enhance educational offerings.
- Create content for LMS On Demand Training platform.
- Facilitate multiple peer groups, each with 5-10 partner members in each group.
- Monitor and encourage partner engagement in group and with Pax8 Peer Group community.
- Participate in cross departmental meetings to identify partner opportunities.
- Meet with partners to clarify Academy value and offerings, and to leverage their partnership with Pax8 Academy.
- Seek Opportunities to achieve the Academy Mission of ‘Meeting the Partner where they are at with what they want to learn and how they want to learn it.’
- At least five (5) years of Managed Service Providers (MSP) / Channel experience.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and provide expertise and training/coaching to MSPs.
- HIGH attention to detail with the ability to be organised, process focused, a problem solver, proactive, ambitious, and customer service focused.
- A self-motivated, strategic creative worker with a drive for executional excellence.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
- Experience learning and navigating within a high-growth, fast paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in fast-paced atmosphere without compromising the quality of work
- Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions with limited information.
