Position Summary

As a member of the APAC Sales team, the Sales Executive will leverage their background in project cost, scheduling and risk management to sell InEight's proprietary software solutions to our valued customers. With a previous background in selling schedule and risk software applications, you will be able to understand and articulate the transformative benefits of using modernised and connected schedule and risk management tools on capital projects and operating assets, from siloed specialists to collaborative team-based planning and risk management. You will develop and execute against sales strategies for our scheduling and risk management solutions to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their project performance.

Our highly attractive and uncapped commission structure is designed to reward high performance, and you will be provided high levels of autonomy coupled with cross-functional support to deliver quality outcomes.

  • InEight promotes a flexible working environment, however the successful candidate will ideally be located within the Eastern time zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear and actionable sales strategy to promote scheduling and risk management solutions.
  • Identify leads through appropriate channels and qualify leads through direct client engagement, understanding their project needs and challenges.
  • Identify needs and requirements and clarify decision makers and decision processes
  • Monitor pipeline of projects within target customer base and actively pursue opportunities.
  • Demonstrate the capabilities of InEight to prospective clients through the preparation and delivery of tailored sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the importance and urgency of resolving customer pain points through the use of InEight solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on scheduling and risk management best practices.
  • Negotiate and close contracts in conjunction with key internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Represent InEight at seminars and networking/industry events to build brand awareness.
  • Manage pipeline activity via detailed data entry and tracking within SalesForce.com.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in project management tools.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7+ years' experience in sales, preferably in project management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of existing Schedule/Risk solutions such as Primavera P6, MS Project and/or Acumen Fuse.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, risk & cost management principles.
  • Prior experience in selling software solutions within a digital transformation environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to convey complex information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals and groups.
  • Excellent customer focus, strong networking/relationship skills and ability to consistently meet the needs of clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across both client and internal pursuit and support teams.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Forward-thinking and progressive mindset.
  • Complex problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems (preferably SalesForce.com).
