T he opportunity
With the growing importance of Beca Australia to the wider Beca group and as we continue our growth strategy, we are looking to appoint a Commercial Manager based in our Sydney office.
This is a newly created position , that will lead commercial advice through the bidding and pre contract s tage of our major projects crossing both commercial finance and contracts . P artner ing with Bid Directors and senior business leaders you will ensure our projects are set up for commercial success and have d emonstrated e xpertise in price and margin modelling , communicating market insights and smart commercial and pricing strategies .
You are a CA or CPA and have a solid commercial background, preferably in a consulting or project environment . Br inging a strong commercial lens, you’ll add value through the strength and value of your strategic thinking, analytical insight ability to influence business decisions . Y ou will be keen to work with others and build relationships quickly for effective and trusted partnering . You will be an advocate for innovation, keen to help embed new systems and processes while having a c uriosity to explore opportunities for amplified value.
Working amongst group s of highly motivated finance and engineering professionals, you will step into an open and supportive culture that values the skills that you can contribute to the group.
