About The Job

We're scaling fast, and we’re looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to join our Go-To-Market team and drive growth in the clinic segment.

As an Inside Sales Representative at Lyrebird Health, you'll own the full sales cycle - from first contact to close - for clinics across Australia. You'll be supported by a cross-functional team, including User Onboarding who help showcase the product to prospects. You’ll qualify leads, manage your pipeline, tailor messaging for different clinic roles, and turn interest into long-term customers.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role with plenty of autonomy. You’ll work closely with Marketing to refine outreach and with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding experience post-sale.

About You

What You’ll Do

  • Own and run the end-to-end sales process for small and medium-sized clinics
  • Leverage inbound interest and targeted outbound to engage clinic stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists to deliver tailored demos when needed
  • Translate Lyrebird’s value into tangible outcomes for practice managers and clinicians
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve sales processes, feedback loops, and messaging

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of success in SMB sales in a high-growth SaaS start-up/scale-up
  • Strong closer with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tailor messaging for different roles
  • Self-starter attitude with the discipline to operate independently
  • Comfortable navigating sales tech (e.g., HubSpot, Loom, Slack)
  • Bonus: healthcare industry experience and/or experience selling to clinics or healthcare professionals
