We are currently seeking aProcurement Excellence Manager - Digital & Performanceto join our Procurement team.

  • Fixed-term contract for a 6-month duration covering extended leave
  • Working 0.8FTE (work days flexible), based at our new West Perth office
  • Flexible / hybrid working arrangements supported including working from home

Reporting to our General Manager - Procurement, the role will focus on:

  • Researching best practice to improve processes
  • Focus on continuous improvement to impact business performance
  • Contribute to commercial decision making through data insights

The focus of this role is continuous improvement of procurement processes, contributing to the development of procurement, and development of other team members.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of procurement systems and processes with key stakeholders
  • Contributing to evolving procurement function through increased digitalisation
  • Researching procurement trends for best practice and opportunities, including process and technology options that support a digital roadmap enhancing business performance
  • Using data to produce meaningful business insights and representing these in clear standardised formats for all organisational levels
  • Use of project management skills to initiate and deploy continuous improvement projects

About You

You’ll be an experienced procurement professional with significant procurement systems and process experience. You have a continuous improvement mindset and are focussed on improving business performance. You’re customer-focussed and driven to partner with your stakeholders to ensure success.

You will also bring:

  • Proven experience with procurement systems and processes
  • Well-developed communication and change management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline will be highly regarded but are not essential
