This is an exciting opportunity to join an established but growing residential home builder with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. With a solid pipeline of projects, they are expanding their team and looking for a Sales Estimator to support their continued growth.


 
About the Role

As a Sales Estimator, you will play a key role in pricing new home projects, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and competitiveness in the market. Working closely with the sales and drafting teams, you will provide detailed estimates, costings, and tender documentation that align with the company’s standards and client expectations.


 
Key Responsibilities

Preparing sales estimates, BOQs, and cost breakdowns for residential projects.
Reviewing plans, inclusions, and specifications to provide accurate pricing.
Working closely with sales consultants and designers to ensure feasibility and compliance with budget constraints.
Sourcing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to maintain competitive pricing.
Maintaining and updating the pricing database and ensuring accurate cost projections.
Identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, building codes, and regulations.


 
About You

Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales Estimating within residential construction.
Strong knowledge of home building pricing, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, engineering reports, and specifications.
