We currently have a position available in our finance team. Reporting to our Manager Financial Services, this position will support financial accounting across the organisation.

  • Full-time position working Monday to Friday, based at our new West Perth office
  • Flexible / hybrid working arrangements supported including working from home
  • We work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Month end tasks including processing monthly journals and performing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting the Senior Financial Accountants with production of the group’s annual financial report, monthly Board reporting, and compliance with other statutory obligations
  • Supporting the external audit process, liaising with auditors where required
  • Preparing internal and external compliance reporting, including GST

About You

You enjoy the technical nature of accounting standards and pride yourself in your exceptional attention to detail for all things financial. You enjoy the opportunity to implement and improve processes including system enhancements that have a real impact for your business and stakeholders.

You will also bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting and relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills in the finance field
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Also desirable - experience within the not-for profit, aged care or home care sectors, but this is not essential
