Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in capital projects?

The Opportunity

CSR are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and lead high-impact initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the company's governance framework.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performing team, develop your procurement expertise, and contribute to strategic sourcing and supplier management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Manage the Bradford Unitisation and Palletisation Project, leveraging the CSR Project Management governance framework to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes related to scope, quality, budget, and timelines.
  • Lead and oversee capital projects, driving operational excellence and strategic transformation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, resourcing, costs, milestones, and risk management.
  • Manage budgets, track benefits, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments, collaborating across multiple functions and leadership levels.
  • Drive project execution with a structured approach, optimising outcomes through analytical and critical thinking.
  • Partner with HR and Change Leads to integrate transformation initiatives into project plans.
  • Act as the key communication conduit between sponsors, program managers, and project stakeholders.
  • Oversee process mapping and optimisation to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.

  • Strong expertise in project governance, budgeting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to drive multiple workstreams and navigate interdependencies.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
