About the Roles
Join high-impact transformation projects focused on implementing or enhancing enterprise systems across HR, finance, and operations. Depending on the position, you may be involved in:
- Leading workshops and documenting business requirements
- Mapping current and future state business processes
- Conducting data capture, cleansing, migration, and validation
- Developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
- Supporting UAT, change management, and training initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst (preferably with Workday, SAP, Oracle, or TechOne), or as a Data Migration Officer in transformation environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently or within project teams
