Operations Team Leader

About the Role:

Join our Central Operations team, and use your vast experience to lead a team of dedicated Farm Attendants. You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, productivity and adherence to Tassal standards whilst also having the opportunity to mentor and develop your team. This is a full-time position working 7/7 roster.

Daily Requirements:

• Leading the Crew: Overseeing the operations team, providing hands-on coaching and training.
• Boosting Efficiency: Coming up with and putting into action ways to make our operations run smoother and more productive.
• Team Spirit: Building a strong sense of teamwork and always looking for ways to improve how we work together.
• Staying Compliant: Making sure we follow all company rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Harvest Help: Assisting with harvest tasks as needed.

Required & Desired Skills:

• Master 5
• Minimum 5 years aquaculture experience
• Strong leadership
• Excellent communication
• Attention to detail
• Highly organised
