Philanthropy is vital to Children’s Cancer Institute achieving its vision to save the lives of all children with cancer and improve their long-term health through research. This hands-on role will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver best-in-class relationship management across the year. This includes the Philanthropy Event Series which consists of engagement events for our gold supporters.
As our Philanthropy Coordinator your purpose will be to:
- Ensuring the database is kept updated and supporting Relationship Managers to record important supporter information.
- Use Monday.com, to work effectively with internal stakeholders, specifically the Marketing & Fundraising team, including submitting marketing briefs.
- Manage the invoicing and receipting for all Philanthropy donations and events.
- Help drive the success of all Philanthropy events and activations throughout the year.
- Collaborate with all teams within Marketing and Fundraising to deliver best-in-class supporter experiences.
To succeed you will have…
- Excellent database and data management skills – ideally experience with Salesforce, or similar CRMs
- A can-do, positive attitude and willingness to help
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Confidence working with both internal and external supporters and great written and communication skills
- Passion for teamwork and partnering with others to help achieve our vision of curing childhood cancer
