About the Role:
ICC Sydney is looking for an enthusiastic and operationally savvy Security professional with a passion in running and leading a productive operation, to join the Event Security team on a Full-time basis as a Security Supervisor, Events.
As the Security Supervisor, Events, you will help plan event security resources and lead the event security team on shift, assisting in the coordination of the day-to-day delivery of event security services for ICC Sydney. Taking ownership of the security service on shift, you will lead the provision of event related security services, inspections, and first aid response; as well as emergency and incident management.
The role would suit a Security professional looking to take their next step in a Leadership role within Event Security Operations You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on the security and safety of the event, being able to adapt to all changes that may occur on each shift. You are naturally a composed and pragmatic person, with the capability to remain calm and operate under pressure. As a natural communicator and a logical thinker, you will be able to put process and procedure into operational action and tangible results.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years’ leadership experience in security will be desirable.
- NSW Security Licence 1A
- First Aid Qualification
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
