Production Manager

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the production, processing and distribution activities at Safety Steel Structures. This is a critical role in ensuring efficient workflow, meeting deadlines, regular maintenance and quality assurance. With a focus on WHS, the Production Manager will oversee and lead the production team, manage resources and work with other departments to achieve production goals.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in production management or supervision roles within the manufacturing industry. Safety Steel Structures is seeking an experienced and motivated leader with sound technical knowledge, scheduling experience and strong problem solving skills to lead the production team. Candidates with structural steel or metal fabrication experience are highly desirable for this role.
