Bookings Coordinator | LH WA | Full Time

For Health Group

Date: 3 weeks ago
City: Perth, Western Australia
Contract type: Full time
Remote
Location: Work from home (mostly), with the occasional on-site day for some fresh air and face-to-face magic
Start Date: When you’re ready to jump in and make a difference

Are you a clinically trained pro who’s ready to hang up the scrubs but not the skills? Craving work-from-home flexibility with the occasional day out meeting clients, staying connected to the world of occupational health – minus the chaos of the clinic? Do you know your pre-employments from your functional assessments, and think a well formatted report is a thing of beauty?

If you are nodding… Welcome to your next great role at Logic Health!

Logic Health are growing rapidly, and with growth comes opportunity. As such, we are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to keep our wheels turning and our service top notch. You’ll be the bridge between clinicians and customers and the person who notices the one page missing before anyone else does.

This role is perfect for someone with a nursing or allied health background who wants to:
  • Keep one foot in the clinical world, without being in a clinical setting every day.
  • Work from home (hello, stretchy pants) but still enjoy the occasional on-site day to connect with customers and shake up the routine.
  • Be the go-to for coordinating bookings, reviewing clinical reports, providing quality assurance, and making sure everyone – from the candidate to the clinician – has what they need.
You’ll love this role if you:
  • Are a genuine people person – someone who can chat, listen, and support with warmth and clarity.
  • Like to get stuck in and get things done – no hand-holding needed and a self starter
  • Are highly organised, with a sixth sense for spotting errors and smoothing out chaos.
  • Have a keen eye for clinical details – functional assessments, reporting, and occupational health lingo are your jam
  • Want to make a real impact behind the scenes, helping workers stay safe, healthy, and supported.
What you’ll be owning (with pride and a little flair):
  • Booking coordination across medical practices – making sure everyone’s in the right place, at the right time, seeing the right person.
  • Quality assurance reviews of clinical reports – you catch the things others miss.
  • Clinical QA of assessment results – a keen eye for clinical findings and whether they stack up.
  • Customer service that’s friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful – because our clients deserve nothing less.
  • Occasional Onsite / In Clinic pre-employment medical or functional assessments
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be well organized and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You will also have an eye for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients. Other requirements include:
  • The ability to manage a diverse client base via phone and email
  • A professional work ethic, willing to work independently as well as part of team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A passionate and proactive attitude towards helping new and existing customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Well-developed communication skills with an excellent phone manner
  • Solution focused mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Computer Skills such as Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
We’re offering:
  • A role that blends clinical insight with operational smarts – think problem-solving, quality checking, and people-pleasing all in one.
  • A chance to keep using your clinical skills without the clinical fatigue.
  • Autonomy, trust, and a team that actually values your work (novel, we know).
