Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Sydney team providing support to the HR Director, client groups and other functions nationally.

In conjunction with the HR Director, you will consult and provide advice while delivering HR initiatives and lifecycle activities across client groups. You will work collaboratively across the HR team to deliver on the people outcomes for client groups, including delivering of divisional people plans, engagement, recruitment, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition and organisational effectiveness.

Your point of difference

You will have demonstrated HR experience, ideally in a client facing or HR operational role. Experience working within the property and construction industry, ASX or large corporate is desirable.

You will have capability to effectively diagnose and support the design of people strategies to meet the divisional people plan and implement and embed these strategies.

Your strong stakeholder skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels of seniority will set you up for success as you support leaders to drive a high-performance culture through effective performance culture and talent management. You will have a strong learning orientation and intellectual curiosity including regular practice of asking good questions, that lead to the ability to provide high quality insights.
