Motion Recruitment is currently working with an iconic Aussie brand as part of the digital transformation of a customer pricing platform.

As a Business Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and operational process design. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to map, design, and optimise business processes that support the rollout of continuous pricing models.

You'll also play a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement, cross-team coordination, and steering committee (SteerCo) reporting-ensuring alignment between business objectives and program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document current RBD-based pricing processes
  • Design future-state processes that support continuous pricing and improved customer segmentation
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Delivery Teams to align process changes with system solutions
  • Support the development of change impact assessments and training plans
  • Engage regularly with senior stakeholders and present updates to SteerCo
  • Monitor implementation progress and drive process improvements

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Process Business Analyst in complex transformation programs
  • Strong background in pricing, revenue management, or segmentation
  • Demonstrated experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and optimisation
  • Skilled in cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Confident presenting to executive stakeholders and contributing to governance forums
  • Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is preferred
  • Prior experience working in customer focused delivery and digital projects

This role is a 12 month contract based in Sydney at a daily rate of $900 incl. Super per day. Please note only candidates with full working rights, Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency will be considered for this role.
