About The Role
It’s an exciting time to join one of the leading non-bank lenders in Australia as we embark on ambitious growth plans across the country. This position will play a key role in supporting the treasury team in key functions such as preparation of internal and external reporting, supporting the execution and operation of funding transactions and funder queries with the guidance of the Head of Capital Markets.

About The Role
It’s an exciting time to join one of the leading non-bank lenders in Australia as we embark on ambitious growth plans across the country. This position will play a key role in supporting the treasury team in key functions such as preparation of internal and external reporting, supporting the execution and operation of funding transactions and funder queries with the guidance of the Head of Capital Markets.
Responsibilities
- Preparing periodic loan, covenant & compliance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with updates and maintenance of funding models.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Supporting the transaction team in deal management and execution including engaging with external counterparties including banks, lenders, rating agencies, legal counsel and trustees as required.
- Support the Treasury and Trust Management team with research & analysis.
- Maintaining pitchbooks for all internal and external presentations.
- Support and implement uplift and updates of relevant templates.
- Continuous drive for process improvement that enhances trust management activities.
- Models exemplary behaviour, which underpins Bluestone’s values.
- Degree in finance, economics or related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year in financial services, ideally within a treasury or securitisation related function.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets and streamline processes.
- Analytical and commercial acumen.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel/Sheets and VBA. Experience with PowerBI would help but not essential.
- Familiarity with securitisation concepts and residential mortgages.
- Strong initiative, drive and curiosity, taking ownership of tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in multitasking and managing competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
