Your New Role

Supporting The Macquarie Park Office, Your Duties Will Include

  • Effectively answer, screen, page and transfer calls to the appropriate person
  • Welcome all visitors in a pleasant and professional manner and ensure they sign in and out
  • Distribution/Coordination of mail and deliveries
  • Ensure quality presentation of reception area
  • Arrange travel and accommodation requirements as requested
  • Managing Cabcharge and Uber account
  • Management of Meeting rooms and ensuring rooms are presented to a high standard at all times
  • Kitchen Maintenance (Dishwasher, Fridge, Appliances)
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Process invoices for admin related payment
  • Ordering business cards
  • Management of office security cards
  • Managing Reception mailboxes

About You

  • 1+ years’ administration, reception or office Support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus
  • Computer literate in MS office applications
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
