Airfield Operations Safety Manager

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Airfield Operations Safety Manager to join our Aviation team.
The purpose of this role is to lead Airfield Safety functions across the Airfield Team and to influence a strong safety culture among all airfield users. The role will accountability from airfield users and ensure that airfield incident investigations are robust, timely, and that actions are delivered upon. - to:Ensure that company established process regarding Airfield Incidents Investigations are followed, foccussing on activities regulated by CASA, ATSB, or other aviation regulatory bodies
- . •Drive accountability with ramp user organisations ensuring that investigation reports are delivered in a timely nature - with acceptable conte
- nt.Heavily influence ramp user organisations when investigations signal action is requir
- ed.Track overdue investigations and seek response – escalate when need
- ed.Lead Safety Campaigns across the airfield team and the airfield use
- rs.Lead the Airfield PSI, working closely with corporate safety to ensure alignme
- nt.Implement safety promotion activity based on ris

- ts.Working with Corporate Safety and use safety data to trend risk areas, rather than focussing on incidents in isolati
- on.Input airfield content for reporting packages that inform weekly safety meetings, ASRC, SRC EXCO and the Airfield Safety Committ
